Leading global technology consulting company, Columbus IT was recently awarded the "Partner of the Year 2008" by Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft's ERP solutions division.
Presented at the Gulf Partner Meet 2008, the award acknowledged Columbus IT's outstanding results and extraordinary performance in the previous year. Columbus IT's Jayashree Balasubramaniam also won the ''Pre-sales Consultant of the Year' award at the Partner Awards ceremony.
Moving a notch upwards from 2nd place in 2007, Columbus IT has consistently bagged enterprise orders, worked closely with customers to surpass project objectives and focused keenly on customer service through 2008. Drawing on their international experience spanning 57 countries and global consulting strength spread across 30 offices, Columbus IT has also been attentive to regional needs and has adapted Microsoft's ERP solutions to meet the growing requirements of different verticals, including the Middle East's booming real estate, construction, retail and hospitality sectors.
Through the year, Columbus IT has also shown high levels of commitment to meeting the solution needs of customers through the implementation of add-on solutions including vertical-specific add-ons, business intelligence tools, CRM solutions and others. Another key factor in Columbus IT's success has been their shared collaboration and close cooperation with Microsoft in reaching sales targets, executing marketing initiatives and establishing quality improvement processes across the project life cycle.

Focusing on Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX solutions, Columbus IT Middle East is targeting a revenue growth of 60-70% Year -on-Year for the next 3 years, and the company has added 45 new clients in the year 2007-2008.
Columbus IT has won several accolades in the past, including "Pinnacle Awards for Outstanding Business Achievements" in 2007 and 2006, as well as the "Global Partner of the Year Award" in 2005.
